  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES EXCELSIOR THE BRAND ACCEPT?
    Currently we accept Credit Card Payments, Paypal, apple pay, and Zelle. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request! Please contact us directly at excelsiorthebrand1@gmail.com to arrange this.
  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
    We offer Standard Shipping for $4.50 and Express Shipping for $10 within the U.S..
  • CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
    If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@excelsiorthebrand.com up to 24 hours after purchase. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
    Once an order is placed, it will take about 2 days for the order to be processed. Once the order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number for your package. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping takes 1-3 business days. There may be the occasional courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe.
  • WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

  • WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
    A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel up until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, you may e-mail us at info@excelsiorthebrand.com
